If you are new to renting our Therapy room, please make sure you first arrange a viewing where we can have a chance to meet and talk through the possibilities. You can use the booking calendar for that. Please select ‘Request therapy room viewing’ option from the drop down menu.

To use our online booking system, please make sure you first create an account by registering your details via the form below the calendar.

Sign into your account then find the slot(s) you wish to book and select the session length you require. You will be able to access the room 15 min prior to your session so you can set yourself up and further 10 min afterwards to clear the room.

To send your request, click the ‘Request appointment’ button.

Once we review your request, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know if it has been approved.

Unless arranged otherwise, we will issue you an invoice at the end of each month for  the hours you have used and/or requested to use. You are expected to settle the payment within 7 days  (please see the invoice due date for the exact information).

If you wish to re-arrange your booking, please log into your account and simply cancel the slot you no longer need and book a new one.

Please note we operate a 48 hrs notice period on our room hire therefore you won’t be able to make any changes to your booking if it is less than 48 hrs prior to your original booking.

You can easily cancel your booking by logging into your account and clicking the red cross to the right of your booking. Then confirm your cancellation.

We understand things happen, plans change but please be aware that we operate a 48 hrs notice period on our room hire. Meaning that any cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice and any missed appointments will be charged for at the full rate.
